Feel calm and peaceful

If you want to be Zen, you have to start your day well !

Some elementary instructions :

 

Wake up very slowly. Allow your body the time to feel awake. Do not forget to stretch your body very slowly before leaving your bed.

Put on some relaxing music, and drink some orange juice (freshly squeezed would be best)

Take a shower using a mild soap with a vivifying scent (orange, lemon or grapefruit)

Have a balanced breakfast (cereals, yogurt, apples and toast, for example)

Avoid looking for clothes in the morning. You should choose and prepare them at night before going to bed in order to save time and avoid panicking in the morning.

Here you are - almost ready to leave your house for work ! Instead of getting stressed in the traffic, I suggest you take with you some music (the music of your choice, but please avoid heavy metal or funereal music !) Now we are stuck in a traffic jam, and you can start listening to your music while thinking of something really cool. You will see that the time passes quickly.
